in my part of the building its very private, due to the number of apartments. the noise is tolerable as long as your above nieghbors arent home. security is nice and there every night. i have had very few problems and the ones i did have were simply inconviences. i like it and im a mild snob

I would say it is a great place, with a lot of creative and interesting people residing here. I like that it is secure and safe, but management is not overly restrictive to the point of making it difficult to enjoy living here. The amenities are overall really great and the staff is very friendly.
